We source all of our diamonds and gemstones from the world’s top-rated GIA and IGI-certified facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Our stones come from leading labs and suppliers globally, which we chose because of their precision and ethical practices. This allows us to hand-select the finest diamonds and gemstones for your custom jewelry, combining beauty, brilliance, and peace of mind.
Where do you source your stones?
Once you place your order, we get started right away!
First, we order the materials and diamonds, then our expert jewelers start crafting your dream ring. Website rings are ready in around 8 weeks from design approval! Expedited service is possible for an additional fee.
Once it’s complete, we’ll send you a final video to show off the sparkle before shipping it fully insured with adult signature required—so it arrives safe and sound, ready to be yours forever!
How does the process work once I buy a ring from your website?
They’re just different stones! They’re similar in durability and sparkle, but moissanites are a bit more rainbowy and slightly less “clear” but much more affordable! Moissanites are measured by dimensions rather than carat weight, so sizing up is recommended. While they’re not identical, as a lot of brands preach, they are both gorgeous and perfect for engagement rings!
What is the difference between Diamond and Moissanite?
Turnaround Time: When you buy a ring directly off our website, it will take about 8 weeks from final design approval to complete! If we do a fully custom design for you, the process will take around 8-10 weeks from final design approval instead!
What is your Turnaround & Response time?
Response Time: Monday-Friday you can expect a response within 24 hours from your initial message! If you reach out during the weekend, expect a response by the end of the day on Monday!
- Reach out - we will go over all your ring ideas! We will take a look at inspo pics, metal options, and diamond choices to figure out exactly what you’re loving, and I’ll give you a quote!
- Design Finalization – We’ll make sure we’ve nailed the design and that you’re in love with every detail before moving forward.
- Deposit – A 30% deposit is required to officially start your ring!!
- Crafting the Magic – If any final tweaks are needed, we’ll finalize the design. Then, I’ll order the materials, and our expert jewelers will start bringing your dream ring to life! Custom rings take about 8-10 weeks from design approval to complete.
- Final Approval & Shipping – Once your ring is ready, I’ll send you detailed videos so you can see it sparkle! Then, after the final payment, your ring will be shipped fully insured with adult signature required to make sure it gets to you safe and sound.
How does the process work for custom jewelry?

Do you work with other jewelry?
We work with just about any stone and metal you have your heart set on! We work with both natural and lab grown stones, such as sapphires, diamonds, rubies, emeralds, moissanite, and so much more! We stand by the quality of our rings and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer:
5-Year Center Stone Warranty:
- The ring being run over by a car
- Dropping the ring from a significant height onto a hard surface
- Slamming your hand against something with extreme force
We believe your engagement ring should last a lifetime, and so should our confidence in our craftsmanship.
Every Maddie Grace ring is backed by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece. If a problem is determined to be the result of how your ring was originally manufactured, we will repair or replace the affected portion of your ring at no cost to you.
Like all fine jewelry, engagement rings naturally experience wear over time. Daily wear can gradually affect prongs, pavé settings, and precious metals, which is considered normal maintenance rather than a manufacturing defect. While these repairs are not covered under warranty, we're always happy to help and offer repair services at fair pricing whenever possible.
